Master Musician and Psychologist Moises Herrera was born in Bogotá, Colombia (August 24, 1967) and began his musical studies with teachers Patricia Perez, Ruth Marulanda and Mauricio Cristancho. He gave his Graduation Concert in Classical Piano at age 18 and began his journey in electronic keyboards and music production.
Bachelor degree in Psychology at the University of La Sabana specialized in Family and Personal Development for the Institute of the Family; Diploma in Music Therapy at the Pontifical Javeriana University; Master of Music with emphasis on Piano at Sergio Arboleda University and candidate for a Doctorate in Philosophy at the University of Navarra, Spain.
His work experience includes:
- Clinical Psychologist and Humanistic Psycotherapy Teacher at the University of La Sabana.
- Professor of piano at the Cristancho Musical Orientation Center (COMCES).
- Titular professor of Jazz Piano, Computer Music and Commercial Composition at Sergio Arboleda University.

- Invited Professor for the Specialization in Alternative Therapies of the Faculty of Medicine of the Juan N. Corpas University, in the area of Artistic Psychotherapy.

Moises has been performed as an arranger, music producer and orchestra conductor for musical theatre throughout Colombia, Spain, France, Brazil, Panama, Chile,Germany and United States for more than twenty five years. In the Colombian music field, Moises Herrera is renowned as a multi-faceted musician, composer, arranger and piano virtuoso, whose extensive musical career ranges from TV shows and movie
scores to passionate arrangements for the best star artists, compositions for advertising
companies and musical theater productions.
He has done countless musical productions and arrangements for film, theatre, television and advertising with more than 500 campaigns; he has produced more than 200 compact discs and has developed a solid career as a composer, producer and arranger for different styles of music including pop, commercial, children, jazz, religious and instrumental.
